I couldn't say enough to praise this machine. My sprouts grow quickly, evenly, and never mold; it's so wonderful that I would have gotten another. The HUGE problem is none of the parts for it are available any longer! The web site given in the enclosed literature is no longer working and I was referred to a different one by customer service email. That site is based in Britain and has absolutely none of the trays, solutions, etc. that I wanted to get and were present on the old site. I have looked everywhere and I can't find them so I now have to make use of the sprouter as is, even though I wanted to large trays to grow significant quantities that would be ready at the same time. So sad-

It works fine, but it is late capacity. It does require supervision and cleaning after every cycle. It’s totally worth the money though. You’d get 3-4 small boxes of sprouts, which at a store would be $3-5 each.
Doesn’t seem to work best when it’s either really cold (winter 64 or below) or hot (above 85.)
