Extreme Weed Block is a needle punched nonwoven polypropylene geotextile fabric with a random, three-dimensional pore structure and a uniform, felt-like consistency. Extreme Weed Block combines strength, flexibility and superior permeability in a UV resistant weed block, planting fabric and landscape barrier. It allows the free flow of water, air and nutrients through soil to plant roots while blocking sunlight and weeds. Extreme Weed Block is UV resistant, chemically inert and environmentally friendly. Nonwoven geotextile fabric is commonly used in landscape & garden planting beds to prevent weed growth, under patio or paver stones to allow water to drain and not pool or puddle, and to separate soils and stone in many ground-level and subsurface drainage applications.
