One Shot Mold Inhibiting Coating is unique moisture-activated mold, mildew, algae, and fungus prevention. The coating is activated when wet conditions occur or ambient humidity exceeds 10%, inhibiting virtually all mold, mildew and fungus with the patented “bio bond” open matrix polymer. The active ingredients keep working through thousands of wet and dry cycles. One Shot is a water based product with low toxicity. It is safe around children and animals. One Shot uses zero VOC’s and low concentrations of EPA registered chemicals.
